Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Roncyo Games (http://localhost:3000), operated by Roncyo, handles information when you visit our website, browse categories, search for games, or play embedded HTML5 titles. By using the site, you agree to the practices described here. Please also read our Terms of Service.
1. Overview
Roncyo Games is a browser game catalog. We list HTML5 games from partner feeds, organize them by category and tag, and embed them on individual game pages so you can play without installing an app.
We design the public experience to need as little personal information as possible. You can browse and play without creating a Roncyo Games account. Most data processing related to gameplay happens inside third-party game embeds, not on our own application code.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide. If you email us at hello@roncyo.com, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any information you choose to include (for example, a game URL or screenshot).
Automatic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may log standard request data when you load a page, such as:
- IP address and approximate region derived from it
- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- Referring URL and pages viewed on our site
- Date, time, and request path
- Basic error and performance diagnostics
We use this information to operate, secure, and improve the site — for example, to detect abuse, fix broken pages, and understand traffic patterns in aggregate.
Search queries. When you use site search, your query is processed to return matching games. Search result pages are not intended for indexing by search engines, but the query may appear in server logs for a limited time.
Administration. A separate admin area used to manage game sources may set an authentication cookie for authorized operators only. Public visitors are not asked to sign in.
3. Third-party games and partners
Games on Roncyo Games are loaded from external publishers and distribution partners (for example, HTML5 feeds such as GameMonetize). When you press play, the game runs inside an embedded frame served by that third party.
Those partners may collect their own information, including:
- Gameplay events, session identifiers, and device advertising IDs
- Cookies, local storage, or similar identifiers
- Ad impressions, clicks, and frequency caps
- Crash reports and performance metrics inside the game
We do not control how third-party games handle data. Their practices are governed by their own privacy policies and terms. We recommend reviewing the publisher or platform notice shown inside a game when available.
Game descriptions, thumbnails, categories, and embed URLs are supplied by partner feeds. We may normalize or display that metadata on our pages but do not claim ownership of the underlying game software.
5. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Provide and maintain the game catalog, search, and category pages
- Embed and display third-party games you choose to open
- Respond to support, copyright, or abuse reports you send us
- Monitor site reliability, debug errors, and protect against misuse
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
- Improve content organization, such as categories, tags, and listings
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your contact email for marketing unless you explicitly ask to receive updates from us.
7. Data retention
Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request and maintain a reasonable record of correspondence, unless a longer period is required by law.
Server logs are retained for a limited operational window (typically on the order of days to a few months, depending on our hosting provider's configuration) and then rotated or deleted.
Data collected inside third-party games is retained according to each partner's policies, not ours.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of personal information, or to object to processing and request portability.
Because we collect little identifying information and do not offer public player accounts, we may need you to identify yourself (for example, by emailing from the same address you used to contact us) before we can act on a request.
To exercise privacy rights or ask questions about this policy, contact hello@roncyo.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other regions with dedicated privacy regulators, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local authority.
9. Children's privacy
Roncyo Games is intended for a general audience. Some games may be suitable for children; others may include advertising or content meant for older players. Parents and guardians should supervise online activity and review third-party game notices.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country) through the public site. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information we control. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Embedded games are served over HTTPS by their respective hosts. Keep your browser and operating system updated, and avoid sharing sensitive personal information inside game chat or profile features operated by third parties.
11. International visitors
Roncyo Games may be accessed from many countries. Information we process may be stored or processed on servers located outside your home country, including where our hosting providers operate data centers.
By using the site, you understand that your information may be transferred to jurisdictions that may have different data protection rules than your own, subject to appropriate safeguards where required by law.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be noted on the home page or contact page where appropriate.
Continued use of Roncyo Games after an update means you accept the revised policy.
