Terms of Service

Roncyo Games is a free browser game catalog. We aggregate metadata and embed links for HTML5 games from partner feeds, organize them into categories and tags, and provide search so you can discover and play titles in your web browser.

We may add, remove, reorder, or update games and site features at any time without notice. A game listed today may be unavailable tomorrow if a partner removes it, changes its URL, or restricts embedding.

The site is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You must be old enough to use online services in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the site only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

Some embedded games include age ratings, advertisements, or mechanics intended for older audiences. It is your responsibility to decide whether a particular game is appropriate for you or for minors under your care.

The public Roncyo Games experience does not require you to create an account. You may browse categories, open game pages, and play embedded titles without registering with us.

Individual games may offer their own saves, leaderboards, or sign-in flows inside the embed. Those features are operated by the game publisher or platform, not by Roncyo, and are subject to their terms.

We may restrict access to the site — including blocking certain IP addresses or regions — if we believe it is necessary to prevent abuse, comply with law, or protect the service.

Games displayed on Roncyo Games are created and hosted by third parties. When you click play, you interact with software served from an external domain inside an iframe or similar embed.

We do not guarantee that any game will:

• Be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with your device
• Remain available at a particular URL or in our catalog
• Be free of advertisements, in-game purchases, or promotional content
• Handle your data in a way that matches our Privacy Policy

Your use of embedded games is also subject to the third party's terms, privacy notices, and end-user license agreements. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a third-party agreement as it applies inside the game, the third-party agreement typically governs your use of that game.

If you believe a listed game infringes copyright or should be removed, contact us at hello@roncyo.com with the game URL and details of your claim.

You agree not to misuse Roncyo Games. For example, you must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, admin areas, or APIs
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest the catalog in a way that overloads the service or bypasses robots rules
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attack the site or embedded games except as allowed by law
• Use the site to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content
• Circumvent geographic, age, or technical restrictions imposed by us or by game publishers
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Roncyo or impersonate another person
• Use automated means to inflate traffic, manipulate rankings, or commit fraud

We may investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement where required. Violations may result in immediate suspension of access.

The Roncyo Games name, logo, site design, and original written content on our pages are owned by Roncyo or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Game titles, artwork, audio, code, and trademarks shown on the site belong to their respective publishers. Listing a game on Roncyo Games does not transfer any ownership rights to you. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit game assets except as permitted by the publisher or by law.

If you believe content on our site infringes your rights, send a notice to hello@roncyo.com including identification of the work, the URL on our site, your contact information, and a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.

Access to Roncyo Games itself is provided without charge. Embedded games may show third-party advertisements, sponsorships, or prompts for in-game items, virtual currency, or subscriptions. Any payment you make inside a game is handled by the game publisher or its payment partners, not by Roncyo.

We are not responsible for billing disputes, refund policies, or digital goods delivered inside third-party games. Contact the publisher or app store indicated in the game for purchase support.

THE SITE AND ALL GAMES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the site will be secure, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components, or that any game will meet your expectations. You use the site and play embedded games at your own risk.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RONCYO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE Roncyo Games OR ANY EMBEDDED GAME.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (TYPICALLY ZERO FOR PUBLIC USERS) OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Roncyo and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may suspend or discontinue all or part of Roncyo Games at any time. You may stop using the site at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Roncyo as operator of the site, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise.

Before filing a formal dispute, please contact us at hello@roncyo.com and allow a reasonable period to resolve the issue informally.

Where permitted by law, you agree that exclusive jurisdiction for disputes relating to these Terms or the site will lie in the courts competent for Roncyo's principal place of business, unless applicable law grants you the right to bring claims in your home jurisdiction.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Roncyo regarding the site.

Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
